Joel Murithi Runji is a mechanical engineer recruited from Nairobi, Kenya. He has a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. His technical experience includes work on collaborative Augmented reality-based (AR-based) inspection projects involving printed circuit boards (PCBs). He will lead the development of collaborative AR/VR-aided bridge inspection tasks together with assisting in the development of bridge inspection robots at the Center for Intelligent Infrastructure (CII).
